Standard
$19 /month
- 2 maintenance visits per year (cooling + heating)

- Full system inspection & safety check
- Maintenance records kept on file
Additional HVAC units $13/month each.
Plus
$29 /month
Everything in Standard, plus:
- 15% off repairs
- Front-of-line priority scheduling
- No diagnostic fees during normal business hours
- Reduced after-hours emergency service fee
Elite
$39 /month
Everything in Plus, plus:
- 20% off repairs
- No diagnostic fees at any time, including after-hours
- Annual condenser coil deep clean included
- Priority response during extreme heat or cold events

Repairs are billed separately at your plan’s member discount. Diagnostic fees apply except where your plan waives them.
