Every new AAM residential HVAC system installation includes a minimum 5-year labor warranty.

- American Standard: 10-year premium warranty, including refrigerant coverage
Coverage is subject to applicable written warranty terms.

A little care goes a long way. Every Comfort Club plan includes 2 maintenance visits a year (cooling + heating) and 10–20% off repairs. All plans continue month-to-month until canceled.
